Love This Podcast!
I use this podcast to sleep and to relax. The subscription is well worth it. I’ve seen a few reviews criticizing the ads. If you want to use the free version, it is still well worth giving a shot, just bear in mind that they have to make money, too, and that’s where the ads come in, they aren’t just going to give these away when they have to put their time into this, also. Nothing good is going to be free. Just give it a shot like I did, and you’ll likely discover that it’s well worth the investment to subscribe and get the content that is only for subscribers, as well as ad-free.

Great!!
Every single one of them helped me sleep. Like I’m not even joking. Only one concern, though. I have no idea why, but the café one is low-key terrifying…HEAR ME OUT. I mean, it’s a bunch of strangers who you have never met all talking over a bunch of more strangers you have never met, and it kind of feels like said strangers are actually there WITH you, which is kind of terrifying, if you really think about it.
